Both Rin Tohsaka and Gilgamesh are scheduled to debut in Honkai Star Rail alongside the second Fate collaboration. As per the official announcement, the event will commence on July 24, 2025, at 12:00 pm (server time). Although there's still a decent amount of time left for the collab's release, excited Trailblazers might want to know exactly when the event will debut in their respective region.

As mentioned earlier, the second Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Bladeworks collab will debut on July 24, 2026, at 12:00 pm (server time) in every region. Alongside the event, both of the new units, Rin Tohsaka and Gilgamesh, will also be added to the title's playable character roster. With that, you can open the respective gacha banners to pull these 5-stars in HSR.
Furthermore, Rin Tohsaka and Gilgamesh's signature light cones will be available in a separate banner. You must get the former's LC by rolling in the respective banner, while the latter's signature can be acquired for free if you spend 200 pulls before version 4.4 ends (August 25, 2026).
Like phase two of every patch, the second Fate collab's release time depends on every region's server time. As mentioned, all three major regions will see both characters' debut at 12:00 pm (server time). Hence, some players will get to pull them before others.
