Casper Ruud's sister Caroline wore a printed bikini as she engaged in a Pilates session with a mini band, enjoying a clear blue sky on a sunny day. Caroline posted several videos on Instagram as she sweated it out poolside.

In each video, she put in the hard yards and engaged in different exercises. In the caption, she urged women to take up the "Hot Girl Summer Challenge."

Last month, she went on a vacation with her sister Charlotte, and they relaxed by the seaside in their colorful bikinis. In one of the moments that she shared of her trip on Instagram, Caroline appeared in a pink bikini while working and attending calls on her phone.

Caroline is a well-known social media personality and boasts nearly 27,000 followers on Instagram. She regularly shares updates about her lifestyle, travel and other facets of her life.

Casper Ruud has a strong bond with his sisters Caroline and Charlotte and has often shared playful banter with them. The Norwegian's love for them became even more evident when he reportedly gifted them a penthouse each, worth a combined total of 13 million NOK.

Financial newspaper Finansavisen reported that the World No. 13 transferred the properties he owned to his sisters. The former Grand Slam finalist has a family of five, including his two sisters, his father, Christian, a former tennis player who achieved a career-high ranking of 39 and his mother, Lele.

On the tennis front, Casper Ruud has struggled for form. He suffered a first-round loss to Hubert Hurkacz at Wimbledon. The 27-year-old attempted to find his rhythm in Gstaad, where he battled past Jaime Faria in three sets in his opener. However, he fell to Juan Manuel Cerundolo in three sets in the quarterfinals.

He is slated to compete at the National Bank Open, scheduled to kick off on Aug. 2.
