With the launch of Palworld 1.0, location of a few pals has been altered. One of these pals is the legendary Jetdragon. While you could previously encounter this Dragon-type Pal between the Beach of Everlasting Summer fast travel point and the Mount Obsidian Trail fast travel point; now you can encounter the Jetdragon in the highest area of the Sky Island.
In this guide, we will break down how to get Jetdragon in Palworld 1.0 and its abilities.
Jetdragon is by far the fastest flying Pal in Palworld 1.0. With a flight speed of 3300, Jetdragon stands as the best pal for rapidly exploring the map.
The Jetdragon is located on the island just north of the Waterlily Gorge fast travel point. The exact location of the Pal is around -553, -1333 on the Sky Island map. The best way to explore the island is to find the Sunreach Watchtower (-292, -1495).
Additionally, most of the Pals in this area (especially Suzaku Aqua and Frostplume) are hostile and well above level 65.

Since the Jetdragon is a Level 70 creature, you will need to be at least over Level 63 yourself to survive the encounter. Lower level players will get knocked out by a single attack of the Jetdragon.
The Jetdragon has both Dragon-type and Fire-type skills, so prioritize bringing high-level Ice-type Pals.
Best pals to bring:
1) Chillet
2) Foxicle
3) Frostallion
4) Wumpo
5) Reptyro Cryst
To avoid losing your Pals, recall them right before any large scale attack by the Jetdragon. Use an Assault Rifle or a Submachine Guns to deal damage from range.
Once the Jetdragon's health is low, use either Legendary or Ultra Palspheres to capture it, any other Palsphere won't work. Since the capture rate of the Jetdragon is extremely low, it is highly recommended to bring at least 10 -12 Palspheres.

In Palworld 1.0, you cannot get a Jetdragon by breeding other species of Pals. You can only breed two Jetdragons of opposite gender to get an overall better Jetdragon.
Additionally, you have a chance of hatching a Jetdragon by incubating a Huge Dragon Egg (purple with black stripes).
