WWE is known for featuring celebrities and sports icons on its programming. Tonight's show was no different, as a major basketball player showed up to influence the outcome of Danhausen's match. The name in question is Karl-Anthony Towns.

At Saturday Night's Main Event XLV in New York City, Danhausen locked horns with The Judgment Day's JD McDonagh in a No-Disqualification Match. McDonagh had his teammate, Dominik Mysterio, in his corner for the contest. "Dirty" Dom left no stone unturned in providing an unfair advantage to The Irish Ace until Towns showed up.

Karl-Anthony Towns came out of Danhausen's Cloning Machine to help him against The Judgment Day. He is a Dominican American basketball player for the 2026 NBA champions, the New York Knicks. He is seven feet tall and a six-time NBA All-Star. In the 2015 NBA Draft, Towns became the first overall pick in the first round.

At Saturday Night's Main Event, Karl Anthony-Towns also exhibited his prowess in a WWE ring. He made a stunning entrance and delivered two vicious chokeslams to The Judgment Day duo. Towns' interference allowed Danhausen to secure a massive victory over The Irish Ace.

WWE Superstars were heavily featured at Fanatics Fest NYC before Saturday Night's Main Event. The convention also showcased stars from different sports.

During the fan fest, NFL legend Tom Brady engaged in a heated altercation with Logan Paul. The two had a war of words before Brady lost his cool and slapped The Maverick. Before the fight could escalate, NBA megastar Karl-Anthony Towns separated the duo.

WWE recently published a video of the altercation on its social media handles. Hence, it's unclear if the scuffle was a work. Paul later claimed that he had provoked Brady over a flag football game.

The NFL legend didn't shy away from insulting the former United States Champion, calling him a "dork" on social media. It will be interesting to see if Brady and Towns will appear on the sports entertainment juggernaut's programming later this year.
