Will Ospreay continued to build momentum on AEW television with a victory ahead of his major match at All In 2026.

The Aerial Assassin has experienced a significant resurgence ever since he aligned himself with Jon Moxley and his faction, the Death Riders. This led him to winning the 2026 Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournament, thereby earning an AEW World Championship match at All In 2026. Ospreay will battle the new champion, Kenny Omega, who defeated MJF at Dynamite: Beach Break 2026 to win the title. The duo will main event the show on August 30 at Wembley Stadium in Ospreay's hometown, London, England.

As the road to AEW's biggest show continued, Will Ospreay squared off against Adam Brooks in a singles match on the July 18 episode of Collision. The new Death Rider displayed an excellent showing against the upstart wrestler, who put up a valiant effort, but was visibly outmatched by Ospreay. Moreover, Jon Moxley was on commentary, calling the action and providing morale support to his cohort.

In the final moments of the match, Ospreay was about to take him down with a running knee strike. As he proceeded, Brooks defiantly spat on Ospreay and stopped him in his tracks. The former International Champion contemplated for a minute, and then unleashed vicious elbow strikes, knocking him out cold with the referee calling for the bell to award Ospreay the victory.

On the same episode of Collision, Jon Moxley targeted The Young Bucks. This led to a match being made official for AEW's newest pay-per-view, Redemption 2026. The Purveyor of Violence will team with Will Ospreay to battle Matt and Nick Jackson in a tag team showdown.

With a top match announced for the card, it remains to be seen who will emerge victorious.
